Ari from Grounding Light is a student who is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As part of graduate training, she is completing supervised clinical hours toward licensure as a professional counselor.
At this time, she is only accepting new clients interested in engaging in therapy/counseling—including somatic therapy—within the scope of a counseling internship. These sessions are offered under clinical supervision.
Limited Reiki sessions are available in-person and virtual breathwork sessions are available selectively. Please note that all services are offered in alignment with Ari's current scope of practice and licensure status.
